Back from part 1 of 1 star course kayaking
sian so long nv swim then suddenly swim 50m almost CMI .
was panting liao when i reach the end ...
Whole day was fun playing that "changi lagoon " pedding here and there with all the fanciful strokes
tried capsize drill, e brake with kayak,
but the most sian thing is i cannot fit into those fiberglass boats in the end need to draw out plastic boat so that it can fit my butt =X
then i got a banana look alike boat that is Yellow as whole .

I believe that tml will be a long day ahead for us cause need to learn rescue people that capsize and out them back to kayaks.

so now i shall go back to sleep and regain all energy that i have lost, so that i can fight a better battle tml !
