What I do Now is to GET my self pack with activities after after activities so that i can have less free or lack time .

Run as much that i can , Sleep as much as i can Do as much as i can to pass the bloody time so that i will think so bloody much,rather i channel all my energy towards running and tire my self up so i cna just KO without thinking so much , let the muscles ach replace so that i dun do think so much haiz and let my brain wonder too far to think the impossible.

is things happening just too fast, that it should be or wat ???

i think so i have been pushing for too much, thus it broke under tension ...

how i wish can cough till my lungs gave way ... so that i can relief mi self from so much things , so much things that are happening around and inside mi .

EVery thing have come to an end, With my Holiday ends so is the parade !
Start out hard but eventually ended VERY WELL !!
the journy of 3mths seems so fast, journey here on 18 of april is confirm not a very easy one , as there are sweat shed and tear shed on the parade square there it self, countless of shouting from the cordinating HOs and Trainers.
but it all paid out WELL ! cuase the parade turn out very nice and good.
it was a vERy funny Sigh as u can see all the guest and spectors use the booklet to keep on fanning themselves , and even the RO also need to wipe sweat his sweat half way when he was giving out the prizes ! that proof how hot is the weather ! yet the parade when formed up no one MOved a bit, that proof that the Cadet and commanders are Displined !
after so lon og trainings ! it is just over in less then few hrs ! but i know that the effort that i have put in is not put to waste as i can get that sense of accomplishment and satisation when march out and by watching the video that was recorded ! .
JOB WELL DONE TO ALL CADET AND CIs in the parade,
of course not to mention the tons of EFFORT by the HOs FIs that was put in to the parade's planning and trainings , preparade training also.

Waoh today can considered as a day for terence and mi to relax and went round singapore !
meet mi at beach rd , go but Police note books, for my Kids, my self, terence and lina, today bought about 20 books lor ! hhas
after that went to buy braided rope for finish my set of 29 monkey fists.
when since time is still early , accompany terence to Skin center to buy his shampoo , then headed to JP time is still very early so we went jalan jalan finding resturants and recommand , suggest to ESther , wenbin, lina , see what they want to eat , eventually settle at crystal jade BUT, we enter the wrong resturent cuase the that outlet only sell noodles not Porriage for WB ! hahas then he act cute there like a little boy.
taking order time also the waiter also failed to take his order, poor boy .
Lina also another power de order the soup so smalll that i think with a few mouth full can finish type, ater that she just disslove the whole bowl of rice within mins !!! , plus a few other dishes we ended our dinner at JP b4 break in to our own ways to return home.
Next activity up ! is K with the same gang ! , esther , lina, You rui terence and the rest ! hahas
on sun , destress b4 school starts !

YOz guys i m back !!!
same thing early morning woke 0445 , prepare my self , Going back campsite for kayaking agian ! , this time round is to pass down all our experience to the new batch ( i m sure KH) will agree ! hahas

Saw so train down to JE wait for the rest , surprise thing is we got 2 more cameramen following us.

In the end kana bully by boatmen and camera on the sea :( ( bloody hell )
same time go campsite have breakfast for some , COA for some too.

as usual meet with the other half, went over to bahru check equipment,wait for gate to open , start introduction with the rest of the newer batch of kayakers .
started testing out the Doubles sit on top , new singles with rudders, and refresh our self with the old singles ! :)

and DAMN KH always like to bully the organiser and this time is mi :( nv KH i will get my revenage soon , watch out KH .

Got my virgin Jelly fish bite to campsite on 11/4 that day ! . getting up to powerboat dophine is so siong ....

Training today was ok , Sc2 getting better compared to previous weeks of trainings.
Full Run 1 weather was VERY GD ! , not too hot fall out rate today also not as high as compared to the full dress rehearsal
took a video of my SC march in and out , due to the size of the file so cannt upload it here , will have to convert it and c how to up load it .

last min force of the 2nd half run i would say , it is quite taxing for the cadets as they were all very tired liao .
but nevertheless they still make it will no fall outs from my contingent today ! how great ! gd job guys .

ok back , finally with a mood to do the blog atleast for a while,
shall start with sat !

on sat . reported at HTA 0630 ( whole 1 hr early ) waited for GL and Terence to come , rotted here for about 1/2 ro 45mins then both of them arrived.
proceed to Hq changed up and did briefing then went down to carry log, for once i saw the whole pathway to the store to toliet at basement is like market cause can see some of the trainers hang their number 1 at the ceiling de there cause number 1 cannot fold mah that y hahas like funny sia...

move to grandstand preparing for our full dress rehearsal , was there to do 1st round training with them , after break was up at grandstand to watch the parade , ALOT of fall outs partly due to weather i would sae and also to stand at the parade for a long time is not easy especially for the cadets that is 1st time in a parade like this scale.

was spotting mistakes for my parner and my contigent, saw quite a number of mistakes tolded them,
2nd i was in the parade as the commander so did not see what is their mistakes cuase i was all infront of them that why.
heard from my parner that our contigent did a few mistakes and cadet was spotted moving around in the contigent.

ended the day quite late as usual there was AAR for training with the parade commander, feedback was given and etc.
lets hope next training will be better ! :) that will be happening in a 24hrs time ! hahas
on paper ending at 1400 but we left at 1600 hahas ! power right ? hahas
so had breakfast,lunch, dinner all together ! .

Sun nth much happen , morning offered prayers, then my whole "monkey" gang came over to my hus and spend the whole day here hahas ! , left them to mess my hus while i went to hav eATC log unit Cum cc meeting, ended quite fast, was around a mac talking and teaching terence how to do monkey fist and wan ling too !
left JP 2100 plus plus, bought supper back for them to makan !
thatn is my sun ! .

Monday !
went back unit to have training, today rather a rehearsal for speech day instead of the a regular training . so help to train up my PC and tell him tips for the WOC and how ot project his voice . after ended my unit training .

CAnnt wait for SAT to come ! , it will be a warm up to b4 the start of the ATC season agian ! where we will be reporting to campsite like our " office " hahas

wahhahas back from trap shooting ! ps no pictures cuase we are all busy saying "pull" and engaging the target.

shot about only 50 rnds , not shiok but nvm hahas cuase wanted more rnds but the 2 more buddies supose to come did not so we just ended the session early lor. and headed to beach rd and do the stuff that is needed , bought a suitable size peak cap ( like finally), bought a whole coil of 6mm braided rope . about 43 meters in total? .

i have converted the 43 meters of braided rope in to monkey fists ! but still short of a few more damn ! will have to do down and buy a few more meters to finish it off !
