What I do Now is to GET my self pack with activities after after activities so that i can have less free or lack time .
Run as much that i can , Sleep as much as i can Do as much as i can to pass the bloody time so that i will think so bloody much,rather i channel all my energy towards running and tire my self up so i cna just KO without thinking so much , let the muscles ach replace so that i dun do think so much haiz and let my brain wonder too far to think the impossible.
is things happening just too fast, that it should be or wat ???
i think so i have been pushing for too much, thus it broke under tension ...
cough and cough and cough till i like got no tml !
how i wish can cough till my lungs gave way ... so that i can relief mi self from so much things , so much things that are happening around and inside mi .
