today wasn't such a nice after all especially after that call that made my blood boil and piss mi off
it really allow me to know that there are certain agent or sales agent out there just any how smoke or bomb cust.

even if the cust have aready as the person twice the same question as the ans give by the sales agent was too good to be true. but the agent is still very confident in saying that u can go for it and it is not a downgrade u will still be allow for the promo,without even checking weather the cust is allow for the promo a not he just happily and confidently said that the cust can go for it .

so when cust call in and i answer the phone i was so angry and was caught with a dispute with cust regard the upgrade matter.
and it let to a 1 hr long conversation call with cust, the cust is still not happy regarding the reply given by the sale personel.

so to the sales guys out there please check properly b4 u guy give any info to cust as it will effect fellow workmates at the call centres.
