Finally have made up my mind to stand on one side of my scale, i will bear all the responsibly to tat were to occur !.
casue as said by on of my friend that i will have to make a decision on thing aready and can nolonger stand on the neutral end as u will giving others more problem & also not to drag as it will give other false hope if any . and will leave others hanging no knowing to have it or not .
so i will decided ! to stand on this side.

i think i m performing worse in my work as days gone by this few days.
can u imgine i cannot even hit 5 calls every hr and ytd result is even worse then today
ytd i can at least hit 16 calls for the whole 4 hrs work and today ? i think not even 15 call for the total of 4hrs work .
SHIT this mth de call stats sure Shatter till siao !
