OMG today at work every yhing did not went well for mi

1st thing 2nd call i tio dispute from cust for at least 1hr

2nd follow by cust calling in wanting to dispute with me over DV line, but heng i check in system and there is still sub in the system so cust gave mi 1 number to call up and trouble shoot with another person BUT the number the cust was not able to go through, so i can expect a complain from a cust liao

3rd a cust that i have handle prev cannot be contacted no matter what mtd i try so the case wil be rotting in my Q till the cust call back in

4th is today my call stats totally chui till i dun dare to see liao

5th the call waiting is always in RED

sianation so u guys can see how bad i got today from the start of work hiaz ... ...
and not because MSN got OT so till now i still unable to use the msn to chat so i m so bloody sian !!!!!
today can say it is a day with quite a number of OTs

ps ar some of the term that i have use in the sentence is in my working jargons if u dun understand kindly consult mi thanks :D
