went back to unit today conducted Promo for my LCPs turn out damn terrible and all of them for what i can sae is that they are not up to expectation , they are not prepared at all !
very dissapointed with them , and futher more i have a external CI who came along to c how CCA recuitment is like and that is What i have to show , What a disgrace to Jyss npcc unit.
at least some of them buck up , WOkeup after i tell them scolded them .
results of the promo , total 100% fail rate for Drill compoment.
finally get to pass sharon the shirt that was resting in my cupboard for erm about how long i also cannot remember le ...
btw the shirt also way tooo large for her too , maybe it will ended up as tablecloth , floor mat or cover for chairs well who know, unless she want to wear a one piece suit =X


Well well tml shall see how they are going to do for the part 2 of the promos bah .
also nv held tooo much hope for them cuase they have aready proven their worth today unless i got a mircles later at 1500 bah .
