back from campsite kayaking,
1st on job nia tio 2 capsize rescue liao sian !
and the most thiam de hahas cuase new boat new rescue mtd , still refining the best mtd to rescue.

ALL arrow mi to be kayaking CO, sian ! ,
need to so LL teach 2 cycle and last cycle i leave it to the new guys to teach while few of use stand around to supervise and help then when they are in need.
but not bad they are getting use to it thus we dun need to help much or we did not help at all :)
so next time if they go we can just sit down and relax liao hahas ! .

reach home damn shag just ko ! after bathing haha.

today waking up with a damn injuried body , just like coming back from war like tat ,
hand with cuts and bruises, back/muscles aching... haiz
