Wah sian !!!

MY OLD and unwelcome Friend came and visit mi agian ! sian that will mean that i will have to stop my self from doing activity that will require leg movement or to mininise leg movement , to preven the condition from worsening, that wil mean that i will not allwo to join u guy for tml de Trainer Selection part 2 haiz sian ! till max !
now leg like pig leg ! sian have to use ankle guard and ice to treat ...
What a time to visit mi ! @#!$
